POST-CLOSING COLLECTION PERIOD is defined in Section 1.8.

  • If any of the accounts receivable included within the Net Asset Value of the Business at the Closing (the "CLOSING DATE RECEIVABLES") are not collected in full on or prior to the six month anniversary of the Closing Date (the "POST-CLOSING COLLECTION PERIOD"), then Buyer, at its option, shall have the right to transfer the uncollected balance of any one or more of such uncollected Closing Date Receivables back to Seller.

  • Collection Period means, with respect to any Payment Date, the period commencing on the first day of the calendar month immediately preceding the month in which such Payment Date occurs (and, in the case of the first Collection Period, the period from (but excluding) the Cutoff Date) and ending on the last day of the calendar month immediately preceding the month in which such Payment Date occurs.
