Definition of Post-Approval Study Expenses

  1. Post-Approval Study Expenses means the payments made by Organon or Cypress to Third Parties for any trials or studies of Approved Product after Regulatory Approval of such Approved Product, other than those trials or studies of Approved Product that are required to obtain or maintain Regulatory Approval of such Approved Product and are included in Development Expenses.
