Post-2008 Subaccount definition

Post-2008 Subaccount means a subaccount for (1) all amounts credited to a Participant’s Pay Deferral Account after December 31, 2008 (and earnings thereon), and (2) all amounts credited to a Participant’s Stock Deferral Account after December 31, 2008 (and earnings thereon).
Post-2008 Subaccount means a subaccount for all amounts credited to a Participant’s Deferral Account after December 31, 2008 (and earnings thereon).

  • Voluntary Contribution Account means the account established and maintained by the Administrator for each Participant with respect to his total interest in the Plan resulting from the Participant's nondeductible voluntary contributions made pursuant to Section 4.12.
