Post-2004 Subaccount definition

Post-2004 Subaccount means a subaccount for all amounts credited to a Participant’s Account after December 31, 2004 (and earnings thereon).
Post-2004 Subaccount means the subaccount kept as part of a Book Account to record the crediting of the deferral of an Eligible Employee’s Compensation and the crediting of Make-Up Contributions after December 31, 2004, together with any earnings or losses thereon through the date of distribution from the Plan.

Examples of Post-2004 Subaccount in a sentence

  • If a Participant elects to receive Annual Payments over a period of two or more years, such Annual Payments shall be made in substantially equal annual payments, unless the Participant designates, at the time of making his Joint Payment Option election, a specific percentage of his Post-2004 Subaccount to be distributed in each year.

  • If two or more persons designated as a Participant’s beneficiary are in existence with respect to his Post-2004 Subaccount, the amount of any lump sum payment payable hereunder shall be divided equally among such persons unless the Participant’s beneficiary designation specifically provides for a different allocation.

  • If a Participant experiences a Separation from Service prior to his death, the Participant shall commence receiving payments from his Post-2004 Subaccount in accordance with the Joint Payment Option Election in effect with respect to the Participant.

  • If a Participant dies prior to his Separation from Service, the Participant’s entire Post-2004 Subaccount shall be paid to the Participant’s beneficiary in a single lump sum payment within 90 days of the Participant’s death.

  • In the absence of such a designation and at any other time when there is no existing beneficiary designated hereunder, the beneficiary of the Participant for payment of his Post-2004 Subaccount hereunder shall be the estate of the Participant.

  • The alternative schedule described in Example 3 would result in payment of 10% of his Post-2004 Subaccount on the first business day in April 2022, 20% on January 31, 2023, 30% on January 31, 2024 and 40% on January 31, 2025.

  • A Participant may request the Committee to accelerate distribution of all or any part of the value of his Post-2004 Subaccount solely for the purpose of alleviating an Unforeseeable Emergency.

  • A Participant alternatively could designate that 10% of his Post-2004 Subaccount be distributed on January 31, 2010, 20% on January 31, 2011, 30% on January 31, 2012 and 40% on January 31, 2013, or, any other combination of percentages that totals 100%.Example 4: Same facts as Example 3, except the Participant experiences a Separation from Service on September 15, 2009.

  • If a Participant dies prior to his Separation from Service, or after his Separation from Service but prior to the distribution of his entire Post-2004 Subaccount, the Participant’s entire Post-2004 Subaccount shall be paid to the Participant’s beneficiary in a single lump sum payment within 90 days of the Participant’s death.

  • Prior to October 2, 2017, a Participant alternatively could designate that 10% of his Post-2004 Subaccount be distributed on January 31, 2010, 20% on January 31, 2011, 30% on January 31, 2012 and 40% on January 31, 2013, or, any other combination of percentages that totals 100%.Example 4: Same facts as Example 3, except the Participant experiences a Separation from Service on September 15, 2021.

Related to Post-2004 Subaccount

  • Deferred Account means the participant's Deferred Pension Account, Deferred Dividends Account, Deferred Retainer Account, Deferred Fees Account, Deferred Cash Account and/or Deferred Stock Account.

  • Deferral Account means the Company's accounting of the Director's accumulated Deferrals plus accrued interest.

  • Participant’s Account means an account maintained for each Participant’s participation in DSUs and/or RSUs under the Plan;

  • Company Matching Account means (i) the sum of all of a Participant's Annual Company Matching Amounts, plus (ii) amounts credited in accordance with all the applicable crediting provisions of this Plan that relate to the Participant's Company Matching Account, less (iii) all distributions made to the Participant or his or her Beneficiary pursuant to this Plan that relate to the Participant's Company Matching Account.

  • ESOP Account means a Participant’s account to which are credited Matching Contributions made to the Plan after March 31, 1989, and earnings and losses thereon.

  • General Subaccount is defined in Section 8.02(a) of the Indenture.

  • Matching Account means the account maintained on the books of the Employer for the purpose of accounting for the Matching Amount and for the amount of investment return credited thereto for each Participant pursuant to Article V.

  • Employer Contribution Account means, for any Participant, the account established by the Administrator or Trustee to which Employer Contributions made under Section 3.5 for the Participant's benefit are credited.

  • Subaccount means any subaccount designated and established hereunder.

  • Elective Deferral Account means the account established hereunder to which Elective Deferrals (including a separate accounting for Catch-Up Contributions) are allocated. Amounts in the Participant's Elective Deferral Account are nonforfeitable when made and are subject to the distribution restrictions of Section 12.2(e). The Elective Deferral Account may consist of the

  • Principal Accumulation Account Balance means, for any date of determination, the principal amount, if any, on deposit in the Principal Accumulation Account on such date of determination.

  • Voluntary Contribution Account means the account established and maintained by the Administrator for each Participant with respect to his total interest in the Plan resulting from the Participant's nondeductible voluntary contributions made pursuant to Section 4.12.

  • Deferred Compensation Account means the account maintained with respect to each Participant under the Plan. The Deferred Compensation Account shall be credited with Participant Deferral Credits and Employer Credits, credited or debited for deemed investment gains or losses, and adjusted for payments in accordance with the rules and elections in effect under Section 8. The Deferred Compensation Account of a Participant shall include any In-Service or Education Account of the Participant, if applicable.

  • Contribution Account means an account, or accounts, into which the Accountholder and employer contributions are deposited by the TPA, and from which HSA dollars are swept into the Cash Account.

  • Tax Account shall have the meaning set forth in Section 8.6 hereof.

  • Class A-PO Deferred Amount For any Distribution Date prior to the Subordination Depletion Date, the difference between (A) the sum of (x) the amount by which the sum of the Class A-PO Optimal Principal Amounts for all prior Distribution Dates exceeded the amounts distributed on the Class A-PO Certificates on such prior Distribution Dates pursuant to Paragraph third clause (2) of Section 4.01(a) and (y) the sum of the product for each Discount Mortgage Loan which became a Liquidated Loan at any time on or prior to the last day of the Applicable Unscheduled Principal Receipt Period for Full Unscheduled Principal Receipts for the current Distribution Date of (a) the PO Fraction for such Discount Mortgage Loan and (b) an amount equal to the principal portion of Realized Losses (other than Bankruptcy Losses due to Debt Service Reductions) incurred with respect to such Discount Mortgage Loan and (B) the sum of (x) the sum of the Class A-PO Recoveries for such Distribution Date and prior Distribution Dates and (y) amounts distributed on the Class A-PO Certificates on prior Distribution Dates pursuant to Paragraph fourth of Section 4.01(a). On and after the Subordination Depletion Date, the Class A-PO Deferred Amount will be zero. No interest will accrue on any Class A-PO Deferred Amount.

  • Rollover Contribution Account means the separate Account maintained for a Member to record such Member's share of the Trust Fund attributable to any Rollover Contribution made to the Plan on his behalf.

  • Interest Collection Subaccount The meaning specified in Section 10.2(a).

  • Class PO Deferred Amount As to any Distribution Date, the aggregate of the applicable PO Percentage of each Realized Loss, other than any Excess Loss, to be allocated to the Class PO Certificates on such Distribution Date on or prior to the Senior Credit Support Depletion Date or previously allocated to the Class PO Certificates and not yet paid to the Holders of the Class PO Certificates.

  • Matching Contribution Account means the separate, individual account established on behalf of a Participant to which the Matching Contributions made on such Participant's behalf are credited, together with all earnings and appreciation thereon, and against which are charged any withdrawals, loans and other distributions made from such account and any losses, depreciation or expenses allocable to amounts credited to such account.

  • Grandfathered Amounts means, if applicable, the amounts that were deferred under the Plan and were earned and vested within the meaning of Section 409A of the Code and regulations thereunder as of December 31, 2004. Grandfathered Amounts shall be subject to the terms designated in the Adoption Agreement.

  • Excess Funds Subaccount is defined in Section 8.02(a) of the Indenture.

  • Accumulation Account The account designated as such, established and maintained pursuant to Section 5.01(a)(iii) of the Trust Sale and Servicing Agreement.

  • Capital Subaccount is defined in Section 8.02(a) of the Indenture.

  • Cash Account has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1(a)(ii).
