Such a distribution may also include amounts necessary to pay federal, state or local income taxes or penalties reasonably anticipated to result from a distribution applicable to the Participant’s Post-2004 Benefit.
Additionally, a Participant may change an election with respect to the form of payment of a Post-2004 Benefit, without regard to the restrictions imposed under the preceding paragraph, on or before December 31, 2007; provided that such election (i) applies only to amounts that would not otherwise be payable in calendar year 2007, and (ii) shall not cause an amount to be paid in calendar year 2007 that would not otherwise be paid in such year.
