Possession of a weapon means when a weapon is found on the person of a student or under a student’s control, on school property or at any school activity including any school activity held away from school property, or when the student is traveling to or from school property or a school sponsored activity, or when the student is on a school bus or vehicle or other transportation service sponsored by the school.

A public wiki that anybody can edit is an example of such a server. A “Massive Multiauthor Collaboration” (or “MMC”) contained in the site means any set of copyrightable works thus published on the MMC site.

  • Dangerous weapon means any weapon, device, instrument, material, or substance, animate or inanimate, which under the circumstances in which it is used, attempted to be used, or threatened to be used is readily capable of causing death or serious physical injury.

  • Serious injury or illness means an Injury or Illness incurred in the line of duty that may render the member of the Armed Forces medically unfit to perform his or her military duties.
