positive forecast error definition

positive forecast error means an underestimation in EUR/MWh per day ahead market time unit of the initial forecasted market value of cross-zonal capacity for the exchange of energy;
positive forecast error means the positive difference in EUR/MWh between the market spread of the trading day and the market spread of the reference day, excluding the mark-up, thereby representing an underestimation of the initial forecasted market value for the exchange of energy used in the market based allocation process;

  • Forecast GDP means the average forecast for British Columbia’s real GDP growth made by the Economic Forecast Council and as reported in the annual February budget of the government;
