Positive Alcohol Test definition

Positive Alcohol Test means an alcohol test that is at or exceeds the Department of Transportation (“DOT”) Guidelines for blood, breath, or saliva testing depending on the test used, e.g. blood alcohol content of 0.04 or greater (under current DOT Guidelines).
