Except as set forth in Article 5.16(c) below, for purposes of this Agreement the number of Details and Position of Detail for an Antibody Product performed by the first Party for a given Calendar Quarter shall be based on such first Party’s internal Detailing report data.
Annex means an annex to the Agreement.
Standard Provisions mean these Standard Provisions that form a part of the Certificate of Designations relating to the Designated Preferred Stock.
Common plan of development or sale means a contiguous area where separate and distinct construction activities may be taking place at different times on different schedules.

Annexure D means, if applicable to services rendered at JOBURG MARKET’s premises by the Contractor, the Occupational Health and Safety Act Agreement entered into between the Parties in terms of section 37(2) of that Act.
Annexure means the Annexure to the terms and conditions.
Annexure E means, if applicable in terms of the scope of work, the Contractor’s Project Plan delivered to JOBURG MARKET within the time specified therefore.

Required Financial Information means, with respect to each fiscal period or quarter of the Borrower, (a) the financial statements required to be delivered pursuant to Section 6.01(a) or (b) for such fiscal period or quarter of the Parent REIT, and (b) the Compliance Certificate required by Section 6.02(a) to be delivered with the financial statements described in clause (a) above.
Appendix 1 contains the statement of work or “SOW”;
Appendix Information means the information which must be provided for the selected modules as set out in the Appendix of the Approved EU SCCs (other than the Parties), and which for this Addendum is set out in:
Amendment to Allege Use or similar filing with respect thereto, by the United States Patent and Trademark Office, only to the extent, if any, that, and solely during the period if any, in which, the grant of a security interest therein may impair the validity or enforceability of such intent-to-use (or similar) Trademark application under applicable federal Law,
Project specific information means such part of the Instructions to Consultants used to reflect specific project and assignment conditions.
Other Definitional Provisions set forth in Section 1.2 of the Basic Servicing Agreement are incorporated by reference into this 2017-3 Servicing Supplement.
Annexure C means, if applicable to the subject matter of this Agreement and the Contractor’s obligations in terms thereof, the Contractor’s Personnel Schedule.
Assignment Details Form means written confirmation of the assignment details to be given to the Agency Worker upon acceptance of the Assignment;
contact details means sufficient details including but not limited to a name, surname, telephone number – business or private, e-mail address, postal and residential addresses that will enable a Municipality or organ of state to contact a person for purposes of executing their functions in terms of the Act or this By-law and in so far as it relates to an organ of state, the details of a contact person within the employ of the organ of state;
Appendix means the appendix to this Agreement;

Annual Financial Information means annual financial information as such term is used in paragraph (b)(5)(i) of the Rule and specified in Section 3(a) of this Disclosure Agreement.
Specific Terms and Conditions means the specific terms and conditions as described in section 6.1 (and, in relation to an Agreement between Envestra and a Network User, means the Specific Terms and Conditions which form part of that Agreement).
Table of Product Details means the table attached to these Terms and Conditions which contains the definitions in relation to each series of Securities.
Standard Plan means the insurance plan with terms and conditions and the benefit schedule equivalent to the minimum compliant product requirements of VHIS, which are from time to time published and subject to regular review by the Government.
