Definition of Portion of the Business

  1. Portion of the Business means, as applicable, that portion of the Business constituting the Phase I Business or the Phase II Business. As used in this Agreement, the applicable Portion of the Business in respect of the Phase I Closing means the Phase I Business and the applicable Portion of the Business in respect of the Phase II Closing means the Phase II Business.
