Portfolios’ Assets definition

Portfolios’ Assets means any of the Portfolios’ investments (including foreign currencies) for which the primary market is outside the United States, and such cash and cash equivalents as are reasonably necessary to effect the Portfolios’ transactions in such investments.
Portfolios’ Assets. For purposes of this Section, Proper Instructions shall include instructions received by the Custodian pursuant to any three-party agreement which requires a segregated asset account in accordance with Section 2.13.

  • The Custodian shall deliver to those persons at the Custodian who have primary responsibility for the safekeeping of the assets of the Acquiring Portfolios as of the Closing Date by book entry, in accordance with the customary practices of the Custodian and of each securities depository, as defined in Rule 17f-4 under the Investment Company Act of 1940, as amended (“1940 Act”), in which the Acquired Portfolios’ Assets are deposited, the Acquired Portfolios’ Assets deposited with such depositories.

  • The Delegate shall establish a system to monitor at reasonable intervals (but at least annually) the appropriateness of maintaining the Portfolios’ Assets with each Eligible Foreign Custodian that has been selected by the Delegate pursuant to Section 3 of this Agreement.

  • The Delegate shall monitor the continuing appropriateness of placement of the Portfolios’ Assets in accordance with the criteria established under Section 3(a) of this Agreement.

  • There is more power to detect differences with the larger number of mutations in the human dataset.

Related to Portfolios’ Assets

  • Portfolio Assets means all Loan Assets owned by the Borrower, together with all proceeds thereof and other assets or property related thereto, including all right, title and interest of the Borrower in and to:

  • Business Assets means all tangible and intangible property and assets owned (either directly or indirectly), leased, licensed, loaned, operated or used, including all real property, fixed assets, facilities, equipment, inventories and accounts receivable, by the Corporation and the Subsidiaries in connection with the Business;

  • Portfolios means the constituent series of the Fund, but for purposes of this Section 14.1 shall not include Portfolios excepted from the requirements of paragraph (a) of Rule 22c-2 by paragraph (b) of Rule 22c-2.

  • Gross Assets means the total of fixed assets and current assets;

  • Sale Assets is defined in Section 5.2(a)(ii).

  • Securitization Assets means (a) the account receivable, royalty or other revenue streams and other rights to payment and other assets related thereto subject to a Qualified Receivables Financing and the proceeds thereof and (b) contract rights, lockbox accounts and records with respect to such accounts receivable and any other assets customarily transferred together with accounts receivable in a securitization financing.

  • Loan Assets means, collectively and as applicable, the Initial Loan Assets, the Substitute Loan Assets and the Additional Loan Assets, as applicable.

  • Operating Assets means all merchandise inventories, furniture, fixtures and equipment (including all transportation and warehousing equipment but excluding office equipment and data processing equipment) owned or leased pursuant to Capital Leases by the Company or a Restricted Subsidiary.

  • Portfolio means any account, trust or other investment vehicle (except "Fund") over which the Firm has investment management discretion.

  • Acquisition Assets With respect to an Acquisition, the aggregate net assets as of the effective date of such Acquisition of all Acquired Funds.

  • Underlying Assets With respect to a Loan, any property or other assets designated and pledged as collateral to secure repayment of such Loan, including, without limitation, to the extent provided for in the relevant Underlying Instruments, a pledge of the stock, membership or other ownership interests in the related Obligor and all Proceeds from any sale or other disposition of such property or other assets.

  • Purchased Assets has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1.

  • surplus assets means the assets after payment of the debts and liabilities remaining on a winding-up of the incorporated association and the costs, charges and expenses of the winding-up;

  • Mortgage Assets The Mortgage Loans to be included in the Trust Fund are as described in Annex A hereto.

  • Related Business Assets means assets (other than cash or Cash Equivalents) used or useful in a Similar Business; provided that any assets received by the Issuer or a Restricted Subsidiary in exchange for assets transferred by the Issuer or a Restricted Subsidiary shall not be deemed to be Related Business Assets if they consist of securities of a Person, unless upon receipt of the securities of such Person, such Person would become a Restricted Subsidiary.

  • Related Assets Any assets held by a Trust the return of which is linked to one or more Underlying Securities and which, if applicable, shall be described in the related Supplement or a schedule thereto.

  • Acquired Assets has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1.

  • Portfolio Asset means an asset of an investment fund;

  • Portfolio Data means the Key Terms in relation to all outstanding Trades between you and us in a form and standard that is capable of being reconciled. The information comprising the Portfolio Data for Portfolio Data Delivery Date will be prepared as at the close of business New York time on the immediately preceding Business Day.

  • IP Assets means all Intellectual Property owned or used by or purported to be owned or used by the Group Companies.

  • Transferred Assets means the assets, rights and properties of the Sellers that the Purchasers shall acquire as of the Closing.

  • Investment Assets means all debentures, notes and other evidences of Indebtedness, stocks, securities (including rights to purchase and securities convertible into or exchangeable for other securities), interests in joint ventures and general and limited partnerships, mortgage loans and other investment or portfolio assets owned of record or beneficially by the Company.

  • Fixed Assets means Equipment and Real Estate.

  • Specified Assets the following property and assets of such Grantor:

  • Receivables Related Assets means accounts receivable, instruments, chattel paper, obligations, general intangibles and other similar assets, in each case relating to receivables subject to the Permitted Receivables Facility, including interests in merchandise or goods, the sale or lease of which gave rise to such receivables, related contractual rights, guaranties, insurance proceeds, collections and proceeds of all of the foregoing.

  • Subject Assets is defined in Section 2.2(c).
