Portfolio Tape definition

Portfolio Tape means the computer disk, computer tape or other computer format delivered to Purchaser setting forth, as of February 28, 2006, the Portfolio Information for each Purchased Financing Contract.
Portfolio Tape means, as applicable, any Adjusted Closing Date Portfolio Tape, any Closing Date CL Portfolio Tape or the Signing Portfolio Tape.
Portfolio Tape means the computer disk, computer tape or other computer format to be delivered, and reasonably satisfactory, to Purchaser pursuant to Section 5.07(a) setting forth, as of February 29, 2004, the Portfolio Information for each Purchased Financing Contract.

  • With respect to each Closing at which any Purchased Commercial Loan shall be Transferred to the Purchaser Parties, the Seller Parties shall deliver or cause to be delivered to the Purchaser Parties: (i) a Closing Date CL Portfolio Tape, and (ii) a Closing Unpaid Principal Balance Statement, in each case, with respect to such Purchased Commercial Loans to be directly or indirectly Transferred to the Purchaser Parties at such Closing.

  • In the event a Transferred Property, Purchased Interest or Purchased Commercial Loan is removed from the Transaction pursuant to the provisions of this Agreement (each an “ Excluded Asset ”), Schedule 1 , Schedule 2 or the applicable Portfolio Tape, as applicable, shall automatically be deemed to be updated to reflect the removal of such Excluded Asset.

  • Portfolio Data means the Key Terms in relation to all outstanding Trades between you and us in a form and standard that is capable of being reconciled.
