Portfolio Property definition

Portfolio Property means any real property owned or ground leased by a Subsidiary of the Company.
Portfolio Property means Property with respect to which Seller is the lessor, seller or secured party, as the case may be, pursuant to the terms of a Financing Contract (whether initially or as an assignee).
Portfolio Property means any asset with respect to which a Contributor is the lessor, seller or secured party, as the case may be, pursuant to the terms of a LEAF Financing Contract, LRF Financing Contract or RCC Financing Contract (whether initially or as an assignee).

  • Title insurance in favor of the Company, the Operating Partnership, their respective subsidiaries or any Related Entity has been obtained with respect to each Portfolio Property owned by any such entity in an amount at least equal to (A) the cost of acquisition of such Portfolio Property or (B) the cost of construction of such Portfolio Property (measured at the time of such construction), except where the failure to maintain such title insurance would not have a Material Adverse Effect.

More Definitions of Portfolio Property

Portfolio Property and “Portfolio Properties” shall have the meanings set forth in the Recitals.
Portfolio Property means any Property owned by Borrower; provided, however, that an Auction Purchase shall only become a Portfolio Property when it becomes an Approved Auction Purchase.
