Portfolio Properties definition

Portfolio Properties has the meaning set forth in Section 3.20.
Portfolio Properties means, as of any date, the Hotels subject to the Pooling Agreement together with the other properties whose Gross Revenues, Working Capital and Reserves are as of such date pooled with the Gross Revenues, Working Capital and Reserves of the Hotels under the Pooling Agreement.
Portfolio Properties means all properties acquired by Landlord pursuant to the Purchase Agreement.

More Definitions of Portfolio Properties

Portfolio Properties means real property improved with one or more completed buildings that is owned directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, by Borrower, any Subsidiary of Borrower or any Partnership, including the Unencumbered Properties and the Properties listed on SCHEDULE 1.1, as such schedule may be updated from time to time to reflect the acquisition or disposition of Portfolio Properties. Portfolio Properties do not include the Simon Properties.
Portfolio Properties shall have the meanings set forth in the Recitals.
Portfolio Properties means real property improved with one or more completed buildings in which more than a fifty percent (50%) interest is owned, directly or indirectly, by Borrower or any Subsidiary of Borrower, including the Unencumbered Properties and the Properties listed on Schedule 1.1, as such schedule may be updated from time to time to reflect the acquisition or disposition of Portfolio Properties. Schedule 1.1 also indicates which of the Portfolio Properties are currently classified as Premium Centers and which are currently classified as Other Retail Centers or Other Properties.
Portfolio Properties means collectively, each Demised Property together with each “Demised Property” as defined in the Other Lease.
