Examples of Portfolio Management Fees in a sentence

  • Notwithstanding the previous subclauses of this clause but subject to clause 9.6.2, the Company may pay all or any of the International Portfolio Management Fees or International Portfolio Incentive Fees by issuing the Manager with fully paid ordinary shares in the Company ranking pari passu with the ordinary shares then on issue.

  • For providing the Discretionary Portfolio Management Services the Portfolio Manager will charge Portfolio Management Fees as are more particularly described in the Mandate.
