Portfolio Management Fee definition

Portfolio Management Fee means each of the Senior Portfolio Management Fee, the Subordinated Portfolio Management Fee and Incentive Portfolio Management Fee.

Portfolio Management Fee means the Portfolio Management Fee referred to in of the Portfolio Management Agreement.

More Definitions of Portfolio Management Fee

Portfolio Management Fee means the fee payable to the Portfolio Manager in accordance with “Schedule - C”.

Portfolio Management Fee means the aggregate portfolio management fee payable to the Portfolio Manager and BCA, as more fully described under “Fees and Expenses – Portfolio Management Fee.”
