Portfolio Investments definition

Portfolio Investments has the meaning set forth in the introductory section of this Agreement.
Portfolio Investments means investments made by the Fund (including Temporary Investments, Follow-on Investments and Bridge Investments).
Portfolio Investments means Eligible Assets and Temporary Investments of the Borrower and its Subsidiaries, but excluding any Equity Interests in any Subsidiaries owned by the Borrower.

Portfolio Investments has the meaning ascribed to it in the preamble.
Portfolio Investments means Investments made by the Initial Borrower or a Consolidated Subsidiary in the ordinary course of business and consistently with practices existing on the date hereof in a Person that is accounted for under GAAP as a portfolio investment of the Initial Borrower or a Consolidated Subsidiary.
