Portal Web site means the Internet Web site through which a registered Iowa crowdfunding portal provides intrastate crowdfunding offers and sales of exempt securities in Iowa.

Portal Web site means a standardized Web site operated by CCH, which may have Licensee branding, through which End-Users may purchase the Licensed Product and access other tax-related resources maintained by CCH.
