Portable Outdoor Fireplace definition

Portable Outdoor Fireplace means a portable, outdoor, solid-fuel-burning fireplace that may be constructed of steel, concrete, clay or other noncombustible material. A portable outdoor fireplace may be open in design, or may be equipped with a small hearth opening and a short chimney or chimney opening at the top.
Portable Outdoor Fireplace means a nonfixed, outdoor, commercially manufactured, solid-fuel-burning fireplace that may be constructed of steel, concrete, clay or other noncombustible material designed specifically for the purpose of containing a fire. A portable outdoor fireplace may be of open design or may be equipped with a small hearth opening and a short chimney. A portable outdoor fireplace shall be located on a designated sixteen-square-foot noncombustible surface.
Portable Outdoor Fireplace means a Underwriters Laboratories listed and/or certified chimnea, patio warmer, or other portable wood-burning device used - in accordance with all manufacturer recommendations - for outdoor recreation and/or heating located at the site of a single-family detached reisidence.
