Portable Home Storage Units (PODS) definition

Portable Home Storage Units (PODS) means, a portable shed or storage container, storage unit, shed-like container or other portable structure that can or may be used for storage of personal property of any kind and which is located for such purposes outside an enclosed building, other than an accessory structure. “PODS®” is a brand container. “Portable Home Storage Units” and “PODS” are synonymous with the term “Portable On-Demand Storage”.

  • Residential Units means individually or collectively (as the context requires), any or all residential apartment unit(s) in the Project.

  • Ozone season means the period of time beginning May 1 of a year and ending on September 30 of the same year, inclusive.

  • Grocery store means any retail establishment, the business of which consists of the sale of food, food products, or beverages for consumption off the premises.

  • Modular home means a modular unit as defined in Section 15A-1-302.

  • Residential Unit means a home, apartment, residential condominium unit or mobile home, serving as the principal place of residence.

  • Aboveground storage tank means any one or a combination of containers, vessels, and enclosures located aboveground, including structures and appurtenances connected to them, whose capacity is greater than one thousand three hundred twenty (1,320) gallons and not more than forty thousand (40,000) gallons and that is used to contain or dispense motor fuels, distillate special fuels, or other refined petroleum products. Such term does not include mobile storage tanks used to transport petroleum from one location to another or those used in the production of petroleum or natural gas.

  • Co-pilot means a pilot operating other than as pilot-in-command, on an aircraft for which more than one pilot is required, but excluding a pilot who is on board the aircraft for the sole purpose of receiving flight instruction for a licence or rating.

  • Stinger-steered automobile or watercraft transporter means an automobile or watercraft transporter

  • Underground storage tank or “UST” means any one or combination of tanks (including underground pipes connected thereto) that is used to contain an accumulation of regulated substances, and the volume of which (including the volume of underground pipes connected thereto) is 10 percent or more beneath the surface of the ground. This term does not include any:

  • Underground storage means storage of gas in a subsurface stratum or formation of the earth.

  • Chemical Storage Facility means a building, portion of a building, or exterior area adjacent to a building used for the storage of any chemical or chemically reactive products.

  • Single-family dwelling unit means a structure that is usually occupied by just one household or family and for the purposes of this Policy is expected to generate an average of 250 gallons per day of wastewater.

  • Floor wax stripper means a product designed to remove natural or synthetic floor polishes or waxes through breakdown of the polish or wax polymers, or by dissolving or emulsifying the polish or wax. “Floor Wax Stripper” does not include aerosol floor wax strippers or products designed to remove floor wax solely through abrasion.

  • Pump spray means a packaging system in which the product ingredients within the container are not under pressure and in which the product is expelled only while a pumping action is applied to a button, trigger or other actuator.

  • Generator Owner means the Person that owns the Generating Facility and has registered with the NERC as the Person responsible for complying with all NERC Reliability Standards applicable to the owner of the Generating Facility.

  • Nursery stock means all domesticated or wild botanically classified hardy perennial or biennial trees, shrubs, vines, and other plants; cuttings, grafts, scions, buds, bulbs, rhizomes, or roots of any of these; and fruit pits. Nursery stock includes plants and plant parts for, or capable of, propagation, excepting field, vegetable, and flower seeds, corms, and tubers.

  • Non-potable water means water not safe for drinking, personal, or culinary use as determined by the requirements of 35 Ill. Adm. Code 604.

  • Intermodal Rail Yard means a rail facility in which cargo is transferred from drayage truck to train or vice-versa.

  • Uppermost aquifer means the geologic formation nearest the natural ground surface that is an aquifer, as well as lower aquifers that are hydraulically interconnected with this aquifer within the facility's property boundary.

  • Eligible production company means that term as defined under section 455 of the Michigan business tax act, 2007 PA 36, MCL 208.1455.

  • Retail Store means a building or part of a building in which goods, wares, merchandise, substances, articles or things are offered for sale directly to the public at retail value.

  • Section 385 Controlled Partnership has the meaning set forth in Treasury Regulation Section 1.385-1(c)(1) for a “controlled partnership”.

  • Summer Season in any year, means the Season commencing on 01 April in that year;

  • Steep slope means any slope of more than 20 degrees or such lesser slope as may be designated by the Administrator after consideration of soil, climate, and other characteristics of the area.

  • Tight-fitting facepiece means a respiratory inlet covering that forms a complete seal with the face.

  • car-share parking space means a parking space that is reserved and actively used for car-sharing;
