Where the Carriage called for by this Bill of Lading is a Port to Port Shipment the Carrier shall be at liberty to discharge the Goods or any part thereof from the Vessel without notice directly they come to hand at or on to any wharf, craft or place on any day and at any time and the Merchant shall take delivery of the Goods as soon they have been discharged as aforesaid.
