Port Tariff definition

Port Tariff means the principal rates and charges published by ABP for the Port (as available at the Port Office and as published on www.abports.co.uk) which are prevailing at the time that the Port facilities or Services are actually utilised by the Customer;
Port Tariff means any published charges issued by the Company from time to time in respect of its statutory charges, charges for the Services or Special Services, or such adhoc charges that the Company may from time to time levy in its discretion and/or in accordance with its statutory powers, in respect of handling of Vessels and Goods at the Terminal

Examples of Port Tariff in a sentence

  • In case the vessel cannot commence her cargo operation within 3 hours, layup berth hire as per Port Tariff shall be applicable.

  • Lay-up berth hire as per Port Tariff shall be applicable as per conditions laid below.
