Examples of Port Consent in a sentence

Other than the Port Consent and subject to any approval or the expiration of any waiting period under the HSR Act, no Governmental Approval of, or registration, declaration or filing with, any Governmental Entity, or the consent or approval of any other Person, is required to be obtained or made by or with respect to Purchaser or the Purchasing Entity in connection with the execution, delivery and performance of this Agreement or the consummation of the transactions contemplated hereby.
