POP Room Rules and Regulations definition

POP Room Rules and Regulations means and refer to Landlord’s rules and regulations for the POP Room, which such rules and regulations may be amended by Landlord from time to time. Landlord agrees that it will not discriminate against Tenant in the enforcement of POP Rules and Regulations as compared to other similarly-situated tenants. The terms of the Lease shall supersede and prevail over any inconsistent or conflicting POP Rules and Regulations. Examples of POP Room Rules and Regulations in a sentence

  • Tenant and the Tenant Parties shall comply with Landlord’s POP Room Rules and Regulations.

  • Regulations means the Income Tax Regulations, including Temporary Regulations, promulgated under the Code, as such regulations are amended from time to time.

  • Building Regulations means the National Building Regulations made in terms of the National Building Regulations and Building Standards Act, 1977 (Act No. 103 of 1977);

  • PPPFA Regulations means the Preferential Procurement Regulations, 2017 published in terms of the PPPFA.
