  • Anything to the contrary contained in this Lease notwithstanding, Tenant acknowledges that the POP Rooms may hereafter be operated by a Third Party POP Room Operator.

  • In consideration of the Tenant's obligations under this Agreement and subject to its terms, the Landlord will grant and the Tenant will accept from the Landlord a lease of Phase 1 (the “Phase 1 Lease”), a lease of Phase 2 (the “Phase 2 Lease”), a lease of Phase 3 (the “Phase 3 Lease”), a lease of Phase 4 (the “Phase 4 Lease”) and a lease of Phase 5 (the “Phase 5 Lease”) together with the Operational Space and POP Room Space(s), as applicable, on the terms of this Agreement.

  • In such event, all operations in the POP Rooms (including all MMR Services), and all Tenant presences in the POP Rooms, including pathways, may be governed and controlled by the Third Party POP Room Operator; each and all of which shall be subject to the terms of this Lease and such agreements and costs as are mutually agreed in writing, by and between Tenant and the Third Party POP Room Operator.

  • Tenant acknowledges and agrees that all interconnections between the systems of Tenant and those of other tenants of the Building, and all cross-connects between the systems of Tenant and those of carriers in the Building, must be made in the POP Room.

  • Suite 202 located on the first (1st) floor of the Building (the “East POP Room”) and Suite 204 located on the first (1st) floor of the Building (the “West POP Room”; together with the East POP Room, collectively, the “POP Rooms”).

  • In such event, all operations in the POP Rooms (including all MMR Services), and all Tenant presences in the POP Room, including pathways, may be governed and controlled by the Third Party POP Room Operator; each and all of which shall be subject to the terms of this Lease and such agreements and costs as are mutually agreed in writing, by and between Tenant and the Third Party POP Room Operator.

  • Notwithstanding subdivision B above, when a premium holiday falls on a Sunday and the employee is required to work on the Sunday, the employee shall be paid one and one-half (1½) times for all hours worked.

  • Landlord shall be responsible for Landlord’s POP Room Repair Obligations, all as necessary to maintain the POP Room in a clean and safe condition.

  • POP Tenant Space: POP Premises: One (1) one-quarter rack in the POP Room, as set forth on Exhibit “A” attached to the POP Room Rider.

  • Additionally, and notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in this Section 6.1, Te▇▇▇▇ ▇grees that neither Tenant, nor any other Tenant Party, may (a) operate a meet-me room (i.e., a facility which has capacities and uses similar to the POP Room) in the Tenant Space or any other portion of the Building, (b) provide MMR Services in the Tenant Space or any other portion of the Building, or (c) refer to the Tenant Space as a “meet-me room”.

Related to POP Room

  • Toilet room means a room containing a water closet and a wash basin.

  • Guest Room means a separately-keyed lodging unit in the Hotel.

  • Room means a room or other space provided for sleeping that can be rented independently, including the furnishings and other accessories in the room. Room includes, but is not limited to, a condominium or time-sharing unit that, pursuant to a management agreement, may be used to provide dwelling, lodging, or sleeping quarters for a transient guest.

  • Carpet Area means the net usable floor area of the Unit including the area covered by the internal partition walls of the Unit but shall exclude the area covered by external walls, areas under service shafts, exclusive balcony/verandah/open terrace area.

  • Access Road means Kuchha road connecting excavating pit to mine approach road.
