POP Room definition

POP Room means and refer to the POP Room described in Item 10 of the Basic Rider Information.
POP Room means and refer to the POP Room described in Item 16 of the Basic Lease Information.

  • From the lenders’ perspective, it is critical to ensure that any claims of a derivatives counterparty under a secured transaction (or series of transactions) which are in excess of the borrowing base allocated to that transaction (or series of transactions) rank behind those of the lenders.

  • In such event, all operations in the POP Rooms (including all MMR Services), and all Tenant presences in the POP Rooms, including pathways, may be governed and controlled by the Third Party POP Room Operator; each and all of which shall be subject to the terms of this Lease and such agreements and costs as are mutually agreed in writing, by and between Tenant and the Third Party POP Room Operator.

  • Cross connect details: A valid Letter of Authority/Customer Facility Assignment (LOA/CFA) must be included with all cross connect requests or POP Room Access Request (if applicable).

  • Work only in areas identified in the approved POP Room Access Request (defined below).

  • In such event, all operations in the POP Rooms (including all MMR Services), and all Tenant presences in the POP Room, including pathways, may be governed and controlled by the Third Party POP Room Operator; each and all of which shall be subject to the terms of this Lease and such agreements and costs as are mutually agreed in writing, by and between Tenant and the Third Party POP Room Operator.

  • Tenant shall not place a load within the POP Room Rack Space exceeding the Maximum Structural Load – POP Room.

  • Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in this Amendment or the Lease, Tenant hereby agrees, at Tenant’s expense, to maintain the POP Room Rack Space and Tenant’s equipment therein in reasonably clean and safe condition, in as good condition as when Tenant took possession, ordinary wear and tear excepted.

  • The primary POP Room (approximately as depicted on Exhibit “A”, the “PPOP Room”) and the secondary POP Room (approximately as depicted on Exhibit “A”, the “SPOP Room”; together with the PPOP Room, collectively, the “POP Rooms”), each being located on the first (1st) floor of the Building.

Related to POP Room

  • Toilet room means a room containing a water closet and a wash basin.

  • Guest Room means a separately-keyed lodging unit in the Hotel.

  • Equipment Room means a space intended for the operation of pool pumps, filters, heaters and controllers.

  • Guest Rooms means each rentable unit in the Hotel generally used for overnight guest accommodations, the entrance to which is controlled by the same key, provided that adjacent rooms with connecting doors that can be locked and rented as separate units are considered separate Guest Rooms. The initial number of approved Guest Rooms is set forth in the Addendum.

  • Room means a room or other space provided for sleeping that can be rented independently, including the furnishings and other accessories in the room. Room includes, but is not limited to, a condominium or time-sharing unit that, pursuant to a management agreement, may be used to provide dwelling, lodging, or sleeping quarters for a transient guest.

  • Carpet Area means the net usable floor, area of an Flat/Apartment, excluding the area covered by the external walls, areas under services shafts, excluding balcony or verandah area and exclusive open terrace, but includes the area covered by the internal partition walls of the flat/apartment;

  • Access Road means a road that leads from a Provincial Trunk Highway, Provincial Road, or a municipal road;

  • stacked bicycle parking space means a horizontal bicycle parking space that is positioned above or below another bicycle parking space and equipped with a mechanical device providing floor level access to both bicycle parking spaces.

  • Campsite means any place where any bedding, sleeping bag, or other material used for bedding purposes, or any stove or fire is placed, established or maintained for the purpose of maintaining a temporary place to live, whether or not such place incorporates the use of any tent, lean-to, shack, or any other structure, or any vehicle or part thereof.

  • Transient lodging means a room or a suite of rooms.

  • bicycle parking space means an area used for parking or storing a bicycle;

  • Kitchen means a food preparation area that includes a sink, refrigerator and a microwave oven or stove.

  • Garage shall have the meaning ascribed to it in Recital H;

  • POP means the Point of Presence of an IXC. "Pole Attachment" shall have the meaning set forth in Section 10.8.1.

  • Passenger area means the area designed to seat the driver and passengers while a motor vehicle is in operation and any area that is readily accessible to the driver or a passenger while in his or her seating position, including but not limited to any type of glove or storage compartment accessible to passengers or driver.

  • Billboard means a public display used to advertise, including:

  • Patio means an uncovered horizontal structure with a surface height, at any point, no greater than 0.60 metres above grade, intended for use as an outdoor amenity space.

  • Bathroom means any room containing a built-in flush-type toilet.

  • Semi-private Room means a single or two-bedded, or a room with maximum double occupancy and with a shared bath / shower room in a Hospital but excluding any room of upper class with its own kitchen, dining or sitting room(s).

  • VIP means those persons identified by USATF from time to time, as requiring special preferred treatment during the Championships.

  • Pavement means any type of improved surface that is within the public right-of-way and that is paved or otherwise constructed with bituminous, concrete, aggregate, or gravel.

  • Network Area means the 50 mile radius around the local school campus the Named Insured is attending.

  • Area network means a type of electric distribution system served by multiple transformers interconnected in an electrical network circuit, which is generally used in large metropolitan areas that are densely populated, in order to provide highly reliable service. Area network has the same meaning as the term "distribution secondary grid network" found in institute of electrical and electronics engineers (IEEE) standard 1547 sub clause 4.1.4.

  • Side Yard means a yard extending from the front yard to the rear yard between the side boundary of the parcel and the wall of main building thereon [see sketch in Schedule B];

  • bicycle parking space – visitor means an area that is equipped with a bicycle rack for the purpose of parking and securing bicycles, and:

  • Bedroom means a habitable room larger than seven square metres, including a den, study, or other similar area, but does not include a living room, dining room or kitchen;
