Pooled Loan definition

Pooled Loan means any (a) Underlying Mortgage Loan that is subject to a Transaction hereunder and is part of a pool of Underlying Mortgage Loans certified by the Custodian to the Agency for the purpose of being swapped for a Xxxxxx Xxx Security backed by such pool, in each case, in accordance with the terms of guidelines issued by the Agency and (b) any Xxxxxx Mae Security to the extent received in exchange for, and backed by a pool of, Underlying Mortgage Loans subject to a Transaction hereunder.
Pooled Loan has the meaning given in paragraph 6(a) below.
Pooled Loan means any Existing Loan that encumbers a pool of multiple Real Properties.

Pooled Loan a Mortgage Loan as to which the applicable Takeout Commitment, if any, relates to a pool of unspecified Mortgage Loans.
