Examples of Pooled Data in a sentence

  • Mobile broadband devices may be activated on a 3GB or greater Pooled Data Plan.

  • Fair, ▇▇▇▇▇ shall use the data provided by Equifax to develop Scorecards, to conduct validation analyses of Pooled Data Base Scorecards, to provide performance data for use in marketing the products and services, and for research and development to the end of improving the jointly developed products and services.

  • Customer may be liable for both overage charges if Customer’s usage in a given month exceeds both the Pooled Data Plan’s Data Services limitation and Data Roaming limitation.

  • Eligible Purchaser may be liable for both overage charges if Eligible Purchaser’s usage in a given month exceeds both the Pooled Data Plan’s Data Services limitation and Data Roaming limitation.

  • Except as otherwise stated in this 2016 Agent Commission Plan, Prepaid Activations, government activations, and Simple Choice Pooled Data plans shall not be eligible for Rate Plan Incentive Compensation as described herein.

Related to Pooled Data

  • Derived Data means data of any kind derived as a result (directly or indirectly) of the Data being Manipulated;

  • Deidentified data means data that:

  • Licensed Data means the data licensed by the LME to the Licensee set out in the Order Form and further defined in Schedule 1 (Licensed Data);

  • De-identified data means information that cannot reasonably be linked to an identified or identifiable individual.

  • Restricted Data means data typically exempt from public disclosure requirements under the provisions of applicable state or federal law. Examples of restricted information are regulated and confidential data.
