Definition of Pooled Allocation


Pooled Allocation means, for each Pool Funded Purchase Interest, an amount each day equal to the product of (i) the Pooled Percentage Share of such Purchase Interest on such day multiplied by (ii) the aggregate amount of Funding Charges for such day.

Examples of Pooled Allocation in a sentence

Each such Purchase Interest will accrue Funding Charges each day based on the Pooled Allocation.
Each such Loan Interest will -24- accrue Funding Charges each day based on the Pooled Allocation.
Each Receivable Interest for which the CP Rate applies shall be funded substantially with Pooled Commercial Paper and will accrue Funding Charges each day based on the Pooled Allocation; provided, however, that each Receivable Interest funded substantially with Specially Pooled Paper (in accordance with Section9(b) hereof) will accrue Funding Charges each day based on the Specially Pooled Allocation.
