Pool WAC Rate definition

Pool WAC Rate. With respect to any Distribution Date, the weighted average of (x) the Group S WAC Rate, and (y) the Group R WAC Rate, in each case weighted on the basis of the related Group Subordinate Amount.

Related to Pool WAC Rate

  • Net WAC Rate With respect to any Distribution Date (and the related Accrual Period), a per annum rate equal to the weighted average of the Net Mortgage Rates of the Mortgage Loans as of the first day of the related Collection Period (not including for this purpose Mortgage Loans for which prepayments in full have been received and distributed in the month prior to that Distribution Date).

  • WAC Rate With respect to any Distribution Date, a per annum rate equal to the weighted average of the applicable Net Mortgage Pass-Through Rates of the Mortgage Loans (including the REO Mortgage Loans) for such Distribution Date, weighted on the basis of their respective Stated Principal Balances immediately prior to such Distribution Date.

  • Pool Strip Rate With respect to each Mortgage Loan, a per annum rate equal to the excess of (a) the Net Mortgage Rate of such Mortgage Loan over (b) the Discount Net Mortgage Rate (but not less than 0.00%) per annum.

  • REMIC Swap Rate For each Distribution Date (and the related Accrual Period), a per annum rate equal to the product of: (i) the “Rate of Payment (%)” under the Swap Agreement for such Distribution Date, as set forth in Annex D to the Prospectus Supplement, (ii) 2, and (iii) the quotient of (a) the actual number of days in the related Accrual Period divided by (b) 30.

  • Net WAC Rate Carryover Amount With respect to the Class A Certificates and the Mezzanine Certificates and any Distribution Date, the sum of (A) the positive excess of (i) the amount of interest accrued on such Class of Certificates on such Distribution Date calculated at the related Formula Rate, over (ii) the amount of interest accrued on such Class of Certificates at the Net WAC Rate for such Distribution Date and (B) the Net WAC Rate Carryover Amount for the previous Distribution Date not previously paid, together with interest thereon at a rate equal to the Formula Rate for such Class of Certificates for such Distribution Date and for such Accrual Period.

  • Group II Interest Remittance Amount With respect to any Distribution Date, that portion of the Available Funds for such Distribution Date attributable to interest received or advanced with respect to the Group II Mortgage Loans.

  • Reserve Account Excess Amount means, with respect to any Payment Date, an amount equal to the excess, if any, of (a) the amount of cash or other immediately available funds in the Reserve Account (excluding any net investment earnings) on that Payment Date, after giving effect to all deposits to and withdrawals from the Reserve Account on such Payment Date, over (b) the Specified Reserve Account Balance with respect to such Payment Date.

  • Net WAC Cap Rate With respect to any Distribution Date, the product of (i) a per annum rate equal to the weighted average of the Net Mortgage Rates (or, if applicable, the Modified Net Mortgage Rates) using the Net Mortgage Rates in effect for the Monthly Payments due on such Mortgage Loans during the related Due Period, weighted on the basis of the respective Stated Principal Balances thereof for such Distribution Date and (ii) a fraction equal to 30 divided by the actual number of days in the related Interest Accrual Period.

  • Group I Interest Remittance Amount With respect to any Distribution Date, that portion of the Available Funds for such Distribution Date attributable to interest received or advanced with respect to the Group I Mortgage Loans.

  • Net WAC Rate Carryover Reserve Account The Net WAC Rate Carryover Reserve Account established and maintained pursuant to Section 4.10.

  • Floating Interest Rate means the variable annual interest rate calculated for each Interest Adjustment Period so as to equal the Index Rate for such Interest Adjustment Period (truncated at the 5th decimal place if necessary) plus the Margin. However, in no event will the Floating Interest Rate exceed the Capped Interest Rate.

  • Interest Remittance Amount With respect to any Mortgage Pool and Distribution Date, (a) the sum of (1) all interest collected (other than in connection with Payaheads and Prepayment Premiums) or advanced in respect of Scheduled Payments in such Mortgage Pool during the related Collection Period by the Servicers, the Master Servicer, or the Trustee (solely acting in its capacity as successor Master Servicer), minus (x) the Servicing Fee with respect to the Mortgage Loans and (y) previously unreimbursed Advances and other amounts due to the Servicers, the Master Servicer or the Trustee (solely acting in its capacity as successor Master Servicer) to the extent allocable to interest and the allocable portion of previously unreimbursed Servicing Advances with respect to the Mortgage Loans, (2) any Compensating Interest Payments with respect to the Mortgage Loans in such Mortgage Pool with respect to the related Prepayment Period (or in the case of Mortgage Loans serviced by Aurora, the relevant Collection Period), (3) the portion of any Purchase Price, as applicable, or Substitution Amount paid with respect the Mortgage Loans in such Mortgage Pool during the related Prepayment Period (or in the case of Mortgage Loans serviced by Aurora, the relevant Collection Period) allocable to interest, and (4) all Net Liquidation Proceeds, Insurance Proceeds and any other recoveries collected with respect to the Mortgage Loans during the related Prepayment Period (or in the case of Mortgage Loans serviced by Aurora, the relevant Collection Period), to the extent allocable to interest, as reduced by (b) other costs, expenses or liabilities reimbursable to the Trustee, the Master Servicer or each Servicer to the extent provided in this Agreement and each Servicing Agreement, and the Custodian pursuant to the Custodial Agreement; provided, however, that in the case of the Trustee, such reimbursable amounts may not exceed $500,000 during any Anniversary Year up to and including the Anniversary Year in which the Stepdown Date occurs and $200,000 during any Anniversary Year thereafter (the “Applicable Maximum Reimbursement Amount”). In the event that the Trustee incurs reimbursable amounts in excess of the Applicable Maximum Reimbursement Amount in any Anniversary Year, it may obtain reimbursement for such amounts in subsequent Anniversary Years, but in no event shall more than the Applicable Maximum Reimbursement Amount in aggregate be reimbursed to the Trustee per Anniversary Year. Notwithstanding the foregoing, costs and expenses incurred by the Trustee pursuant to Section 6.14(a) in connection with any transfer of servicing shall be excluded in determining the Applicable Maximum Reimbursement Amount limitation on reimbursable amounts per Anniversary Year. For the avoidance of doubt, (i) the Interest Remittance Amount available on each Swap Payment Date for distributions to the Supplemental Interest Trust Account shall be equal to the Interest Remittance Amount on the related Distribution Date and (ii) the Interest Remittance Amount for each Distribution Date shall be calculated without regard to any distributions to the Supplemental Interest Trust Account on the related Swap Payment Date.

  • Class E Interest Rate means 4.67% per annum (computed on the basis of a 360-day year of twelve 30-day months).

  • Reference Interest Rate means the interest rate which is used as the basis for calculating any interest to be applied and which comes from a publicly available source which can be verified by both parties to a payment service contract;

  • Class A-4 Interest Rate means [ ]% per annum (computed on the basis of a 360-day year of twelve 30-day months).

  • Net WAC Pass-Through Rate With respect to the Class A-1 Certificates and any Distribution Date, a rate per annum (adjusted for the actual number of days elapsed in the related Interest Accrual Period) equal to the product of (i) twelve and (ii) a fraction, expressed as a percentage, the numerator of which is the amount of interest which accrued on the Group I Mortgage Loans in the prior calendar month minus the fees payable to the Servicer, the Master Servicer and the Credit Risk Manager with respect to the Group I Mortgage Loans for such Distribution Date and the Group I Allocation Percentage of any Net Swap Payment payable to the Swap Provider and Swap Termination Payment payable to the Swap Provider which was not caused by the occurrence of a Swap Provider Trigger Event, in each case for such Distribution Date and the denominator of which is the aggregate principal balance of the Group I Mortgage Loans as of the last day of the immediately preceding Due Period (or as of the Cut-off Date with respect to the first Distribution Date). For federal income tax purposes, the economic equivalent of such rate shall be expressed as the weighted average of (adjusted for the actual number of days elapsed in the related Interest Accrual Period) the REMIC II Remittance Rate on REMIC II Regular Interest I-GRP, weighted on the basis of the Uncertificated Balance of such REMIC II Regular Interest. With respect to the Class A-2 Certificates and any Distribution Date, a rate per annum (adjusted for the actual number of days elapsed in the related Interest Accrual Period) equal to the product of (i) twelve and (ii) a fraction, expressed as a percentage, the numerator of which is the amount of interest which accrued on the Group II Mortgage Loans in the prior calendar month minus the fees payable to the Servicer, the Master Servicer and the Credit Risk Manager with respect to the Group II Mortgage Loans for such Distribution Date and the Group II Allocation Percentage of any Net Swap Payment payable to the Swap Provider and Swap Termination Payment payable to the Swap Provider which was not caused by the occurrence of a Swap Provider Trigger Event, in each case for such Distribution Date and the denominator of which is the aggregate principal balance of the Group II Mortgage Loans as of the last day of the immediately preceding Due Period (or as of the Cut-off Date with respect to the first Distribution Date). For federal income tax purposes, the economic equivalent of such rate shall be expressed as the weighted average of (adjusted for the actual number of days elapsed in the related Interest Accrual Period) the REMIC II Remittance Rate on REMIC II Regular Interest II-GRP, weighted on the basis of the Uncertificated Balance of such REMIC II Regular Interest. With respect to the Mezzanine Certificates and any Distribution Date a rate per annum equal to the weighted average (weighted in proportion to the results of subtracting from the Scheduled Principal Balance of each loan group, the Certificate Principal Balance of the related Class A Certificates), of (i) the Net WAC Pass-Through Rate for the Class A-1 Certificates and (ii) the Net WAC Pass-Through Rate for the Class A-2 Certificates. For federal income tax purposes, the economic equivalent of such rate shall be expressed as the weighted average of (adjusted for the actual number of days elapsed in the related Interest Accrual Period) the REMIC II Remittance Rates on (a) REMIC II Regular Interest I-SUB, subject to a cap and a floor equal to the REMIC II Remittance Rate on REMIC II Regular Interest I-GRP, and (b) REMIC II Regular Interest II-SUB, subject to a cap and a floor equal to the REMIC II Remittance Rate on REMIC II Regular Interest II-GRP, weighted on the basis of the Uncertificated Balance of each such REMIC II Regular Interest.

  • Excess Rate With respect to each ARD Loan, the excess of (i) the applicable Revised Rate over (ii) the applicable Mortgage Rate, each as set forth in the Mortgage Loan Schedule.

  • Class A-3 Interest Rate means [ ]% per annum (computed on the basis of a 360-day year of twelve 30-day months).

  • Lower-Tier Interest Rate As described in the Preliminary Statement.

  • Net WAC With respect to any Distribution Date and for any Mortgage Group, the weighted average Net Mortgage Rate for the Mortgage Loans in such Mortgage Group calculated based on the respective Net Mortgage Rates and the Stated Principal Balances of such Mortgage Loans as of the preceding Distribution Date (or, in the case of the first Distribution Date, as of the Cut-off Date).

  • Class A-2b Interest Rate means LIBOR + 0.16% per annum (computed on the basis of the actual number of days elapsed, but assuming a 360-day year).

  • Weighted Average Net Mortgage Interest Rate As to any Distribution Date, a rate per annum equal to the average, expressed as a percentage of the Net Mortgage Interest Rates of all Mortgage Loans that were Outstanding Mortgage Loans as of the Due Date in the month preceding the month of such Distribution Date, weighted on the basis of the respective Scheduled Principal Balances of such Mortgage Loans.

  • Excess Servicing Fee Rate The rate of 0.0% per annum with respect to each Mortgage Loan.

  • Group II Principal Remittance Amount With respect to any Distribution Date, the sum of the amounts described in clauses (i) through (iii) of the definition of Group II Principal Distribution Amount.

  • Class A-1 Interest Rate means [ ]% per annum (computed on the basis of the actual number of days elapsed during the applicable Interest Period, but assuming a 360-day year).

  • Class X Strip Rate With respect to each Component for any Distribution Date, a rate per annum equal to: (i) the WAC Rate for such Distribution Date, minus (ii) the Pass-Through Rate for the Corresponding Certificates.
