Pool Asset definition

Pool Asset means any of, and “Pool Assets” means all of, the Pool Receivables and the Pool Loans.
Pool Asset means any Eligible Unencumbered Property that has been included in the Unencumbered Pool for all purposes hereunder.
Pool Asset means an asset in the Assets Pool.

  • Except as otherwise provided herein, the Seller will not sell, assign (by operation of law or otherwise) or otherwise dispose of, or create or suffer to exist any Adverse Claim upon (including, without limitation, the filing of any financing statement) or with respect to, any Pool Receivable or other Pool Asset, or assign any right to receive income in respect thereof.

  • The Borrower shall not permit any Housing Unit to be leased to a Person unless such Housing Unit is a Rental Pool Asset.

  • The Servicer shall hold any such assigned interest in a Pool Asset in trust for the Trust and the same shall be deemed to have been automatically re-assigned to the Trust when the assignment to the Servicer ceases to be necessary for the enforcement by the Servicer of such rights.

  • The Seller shall execute and deliver to the Trust such powers of attorney as may be necessary or appropriate to enable the Trust to endorse for payment any cheque, draft or other instrument delivered to the Trust in payment of any amount under or in respect of a Pool Asset.


More Definitions of Pool Asset

Pool Asset means any Asset which has been acquired by the Seller from the Originator pursuant to the Sale Agreement.
Pool Asset means an Asset which the Borrower is permitted to purchase in accordance with Investment Policies and Restrictions and which the Borrower owns free and clear of all Liens (other than Permitted Liens).
