Pool Asset definition

Pool Asset means any of, and “Pool Assets” means all of, the Pool Receivables and the Pool Loans.
Pool Asset means any Eligible Unencumbered Property that has been included in the Unencumbered Pool for all purposes hereunder.
Pool Asset means an asset in the Assets Pool.

More Definitions of Pool Asset

Pool Asset. On any day any Asset in the Asset Pool.
Pool Asset means one (1) or more generating units, aggregated generating facilities, load assets, import assets or export assets, identified by a single pool ID the ISO assigns, and registered to a pool participant.
Pool Asset means any Asset which has been acquired by the Seller from the Originator pursuant to the Sale Agreement.
Pool Asset means an Asset which the Borrower is permitted to purchase in accordance with Investment Policies and Restrictions and which the Borrower owns free and clear of all Liens (other than Permitted Liens).

  • Pool Assets has the meaning set forth in Section 1.2(d) of the Agreement.

  • Pool 3 The aggregate of the Mortgage Loans identified on the Mortgage Loan Schedule as being included in Pool 3.
