PO&M Cost definition

PO&M Cost means the cost of operation and maintenance of the R&D Center. The term "PO&M Cost" does not include Other Project Cost or the cost or acquiring and installing Tools.
PO&M Cost means the plantcost of operation and maintenance cost of the R&D Center, including all Base Rent and Additional Rent, as defined in the Lease Agreement.. The term "PO&M Cost" does not include Other Project Cost or the cost of acquiring and installing Tools.
