Polonia Delinquencies definition

Polonia Delinquencies means (a) all loans with principal and/or interest that are more than 30 days contractually past due and still accruing, (b) all loans that are on non-accrual or non-performing status, (c) REO, (d) the aggregate amount, if any, of net loan charge-offs by Polonia between December 31, 2015 and the month-end immediately preceding the Closing Date, and (e) Troubled Debt Restructurings not otherwise included in clauses (a), (b), (c) or (d) of this definition; provided, however, that Polonia Delinquencies shall not include any loans which are Administrative Delinquencies. For purposes of clauses (a), (b) and (e) of this definition, the aggregate amount of the loan balances included therein shall be net of any charge-offs.

  • Regulatory Agencies The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency; the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System; the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation; the Federal Housing Finance Agency; the Securities and Exchange Commission; and the Department of Housing and Urban Development.

  • Public School Student Accessing Courses at a Distance means a student who is scheduled for a full course load through the District and attends all classes virtually.

  • Delinquency means any payment under an order for support which becomes due and remains unpaid;

  • Applicable Insurance Regulatory Authority means the insurance department or similar insurance regulatory or administrative authority or agency of the jurisdiction in which the Company is domiciled.

  • Agencies means the Department, the Agency for International Develop- ment (AID), the International Commu- nication Agency (USICA), the Foreign Agricultural Service (FAS), and the Foreign Commercial Service (FCS).

  • Insurance Regulatory Authority means, with respect to any Insurance Subsidiary, the insurance department or similar Governmental Authority charged with regulating insurance companies or insurance holding companies, in its jurisdiction of domicile and, to the extent that it has regulatory authority over such Insurance Subsidiary, in each other jurisdiction in which such Insurance Subsidiary conducts business or is licensed to conduct business.

  • Property Reinvestment Application means, with respect to any Transfer of property, the application of an amount equal to the Net Proceeds Amount with respect to such Transfer to the acquisition by the Company of operating assets of the Company to be used in the principal business of the Company.

  • Delinquency proceeding means a proceeding instituted against an insurer for the purpose of liquidating, rehabilitating, reorganizing or conserving the insurer, and a summary proceeding under section 507C.9 or 507C.10. “Formal delinquency proceeding” means any liquidation or rehabilitation proceeding.

  • Delinquency Collection Policies and Procedures The delinquency collection policies and procedures of the Interim Servicer, a copy of which is attached to the Interim Servicing Agreement as Exhibit 11.

  • Mortgage Policies has the meaning specified in Section 6.13(b)(ii).

  • Channel migration zone (CMZ) means the area where the active channel of a stream is prone to move and this results in a potential near-term loss of riparian function and associated habitat adjacent to the stream, except as modified by a permanent levee or dike. For this purpose, near-term means the time scale required to grow a mature forest. (See board manual section 2 for descriptions and illustrations of CMZs and delineation guidelines.)

  • Insurance Regulator means any Person charged with the administration, oversight or enforcement of any Insurance Regulation.

  • Regulatory Flood Protection Elevation means the “Base Flood Elevation” plus the “Freeboard”. In “Special Flood Hazard Areas” where Base Flood Elevations (BFEs) have been determined, this elevation shall be the BFE plus two (2) feet of freeboard. In “Special Flood Hazard Areas” where no BFE has been established, this elevation shall be at least two (2) feet above the highest adjacent grade.

  • Historic property means any prehistoric or historic site, district, building, object, or other real or personal property of historical, architectural, or archaeological value, and folklife resources. These properties or resources may include, but are not limited to, monuments, memorials, Indian habitations, ceremonial sites, abandoned settlements, sunken or abandoned ships, engineering works, treasure trove, artifacts, or other objects with intrinsic historical or archaeological value, or any part thereof, relating to the history, government, and culture of Florida.

  • Regulatory Floodway means the channel of a river or other watercourse and the adjacent land areas that must be reserved in order to discharge the base flood without cumulatively increasing the water surface elevation more than a designated height.

  • 60+ Day Delinquent Mortgage Loan (i) Each Mortgage Loan with respect to which any portion of a Scheduled Payment is, as of the last day of the prior Due Period, two months or more past due (without giving effect to any grace period), including, without limitation, such Mortgage Loans that are subject to bankruptcy proceedings, (ii) each Mortgage Loan in foreclosure and (iii) all REO Property.

  • Rolling Three Month Delinquency Rate With respect to any Distribution Date, the fraction, expressed as a percentage, equal to the average of the Delinquency Rates for each of the three (or one and two, in the case of the first and second Distribution Dates, respectively) immediately preceding calendar months.

  • Governmental Agencies means governmental and/or quasi-governmental agencies, airport authorities, passport agencies, customs officials, and such similar entities.

  • Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry means a mortgage licensing system developed and maintained by the conference of state bank supervisors and the American association of residential mortgage regulators for the licensing and registration of licensed mortgage loan originators.

  • Delinquency Event A Delinquency Event shall have occurred with respect to any Distribution Date if the Rolling Three Month Delinquency Rate as of the last day of the immediately preceding calendar month equals or exceeds 53.00% of the Senior Enhancement Percentage for such Distribution Date.

  • Moody’s Recovery Rate With respect to any Collateral Obligation, as of any date of determination, the recovery rate determined in accordance with the following, in the following order of priority:

  • Regulatory Agency means any federal or state agency charged with the supervision or regulation of depository institutions or holding companies of depository institutions, or engaged in the insurance of depository institution deposits, or any court, administrative agency or commission or other authority, body or agency having supervisory or regulatory authority with respect to the Company, the Bank or any of their Subsidiaries.

  • Delinquent Mortgage Loan The meaning ascribed thereto in Section 11.02.

  • Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) means the Government Agency responsible for oversight of public procurement.

  • CMSA Historical Liquidation Report means a report substantially in the form of, and containing the information called for in, the downloadable form of the "Historical Liquidation Report" available as of the Closing Date on the CMSA Website, or such other form for the presentation of such information and containing such additional information as may from time to time be approved by the CMSA for commercial mortgage securities transactions generally.

  • Native Americans, as used in this provision, means U.S. citizens who are American Indian, Eskimo, Aleut, or native Hawaiian.
