Definition of Pollution Bonds

  1. Pollution Bonds means bonds issued for the purpose of financing all or any part of the cost of facilities acquired or constructed for use by the Borrower or any Material Subsidiary; provided that, the interest on such bonds is exempt from tax under the Internal Revenue Code as in effect when the debt evidenced by such bonds is incurred.
