Poll Manager definition

Poll Manager means an election official appointed by the local election officials in charge of the election, pursuant to applicable laws, to operate the polling place and aid in conducting an election by performing duties that are prescribed by applicable law.

  • Generally, Owner will deliver Premises to the Board at an agreed upon time to set up the equipment and prepare for the election; however, the Poll Manager shall have access to the Premises no later than the Monday prior to the date of the election.
