Political Risk Insurer definition

Political Risk Insurer means each of AIG Global Trade & Political Risk Insurance Co., Zurich-American Insurance Group and Sovereign Risk Insurance Ltd. or any other provider of political risk insurance from time to time acceptable to the Administrative Agent.
Political Risk Insurer means each responsible insurance carrier reasonably acceptable to the Required Lenders which provides Political Risk Insurance.
Political Risk Insurer means any insurer party to Political Risk Insurance.
