Definition of Polish Security


Polish Security means:(a)a pledge agreement over the Omega Portfolio Notes and the Horyzont Portfolio Notes;(b)submissions to enforcement in the form of the notarial deeds of the Borrower in respect of its Polish assets.

Examples of Polish Security in a sentence

Each Holder by accepting a Note shall be deemed to agree that the Security Agent and the Polish Security Agent shall have only those duties, obligations and responsibilities and such rights and protections as expressly specified in this Indenture or in the Security Documents (and no others shall be implied).
Each Guarantor further agrees that the Obligations may be extended or renewed by the Trustee for and on behalf of itself and the Holders, the Security Agent and the Polish Security Agent in an amount equal to the sum of (i) the unpaid amount of the Obligations then due and owing and (ii) accrued and unpaid interest on the Obligations then due and owing.
Payments made under the Guarantees shall be made to the Trustee on behalf of the Holders, the Security Agent or the Polish Security Agent, as the case may be.
Without prejudice to any automatic release of the Liens granted under the Security Documents, the Security Agent and the Polish Security Agent shall (upon direction of the Issuer) release the Liens on the Collateral if and when required by this Indenture.
In the event that the Parent complies with the requirements of this Section 4.24, the Trustee and the Security Agent (including the Polish Security Agent) shall consent to any such Amendment without the need for instructions from Holders of the Notes.
