Polish Letter of Release means the Polish law governed letter of release to be entered into on the Refinancing Date pursuant to the Global Letter of Release, releasing the security constituted by the Polish law governed:
Letter of RFP means the letter of invitation being sent by the Procuring Entity to the Consultants.
Letter of reprimand means a disciplinary letter that is a
Deed of Release has the meaning set out in the Restructuring Implementation Deed;
Release Agreement means an agreement, substantially in a form approved by the Company, pursuant to which Executive releases all current or future claims, known or unknown, arising on or before the date of the release against the Company, its subsidiaries and its officers.
Letter of Agreement means a written document that informally resolves a
SHIPPING RELEASE means the document issued by the inspector or the inspection agency nominated by the Purchaser authorising the Contractor to ship the Stores on satisfactory completion of inspection.
Letter of Representations means any applicable agreement between the Issuer and the applicable Clearing Agency, with respect to such Clearing Agency’s rights and obligations (in its capacity as a Clearing Agency) with respect to any Book-Entry Securitization Bonds.
Letter of Undertaking means the letter of undertaking from, amongst others, the Issuer and its Managing Directors to the Initial Purchaser, Investment Manager and the Trustee.
Release of Claims means the Release of Claims in substantially the same form attached hereto as Exhibit A (as the same may be revised from time to time by the Company upon the advice of counsel).
Confirmation Letter means a letter issued by any applicable Rating Agency to the effect that neither (a) the resignation of Provident as Servicer under the Servicing Agreement and appointment of Litton as successor Servicer thereunder, nor (b) the amendments exxxxxxated by this Agreement, will adversely affect the then current ratings on the Certificates then being rated.
Blanket Issuer Letter of Representations means the Representation Letter from the Issuer to DTC, with respect to the Bonds.
SPS Agreement means the Agreement on the Application of Sanitary and Phytosanitary Measures which is a part of the WTO Agreement; Subheading means the first six digits in the tariff classification number under the HS; Territory means:
the Second Variation Agreement means the agreement a copy of which is set forth in the Third Schedule;
Delivery Agreement means the agreement between the Client and the Courier for the delivery of the Order, concluded through the Bolt Food Platform.
Disbursement Instruction Agreement means an agreement substantially in the form of Exhibit B to be executed and delivered by the Borrower pursuant to Section 6.1.(a), as the same may be amended, restated or modified from time to time with the prior written approval of the Administrative Agent.
Master Separation Agreement has the meaning set forth in the recitals.
Lien Waiver Agreement means an agreement which is executed in favor of Agent by a Person who owns or occupies premises at which any Collateral may be located from time to time and by which such Person shall waive any Lien that such Person may ever have with respect to any of the Collateral and shall authorize Agent from time to time to enter upon the premises to inspect or remove the Collateral from such premises or to use such premises to store or dispose of such Inventory.
Waiver and Release means the Waiver and Release attached hereto as Exhibit A.
Instruction Letter means written instructions in a form acceptable to NCPS and executed by Issuer Party with Issuer Party directing NCPS to promptly disburse the Escrow Funds to Issuer pursuant to Section 4(a).
Consent Agreement means this Consent Agreement, duly signed and concluded between the Commission and the Respondent, as contemplated in section 40(1) of the Act.
the First Variation Agreement means the agreement a copy of which is set forth in the Second Schedule;
Indemnity Agreement means that certain Indemnity Agreement dated as of the Closing Date by Borrower and Indemnitor in favor of Lender.
Indemnification Agreement shall have the meaning set forth in Article XVII.
Variation Agreement means the agreement a copy of which is set out in Schedule 2;
Dispatch Instruction has the meaning set forth in the CAISO Tariff.
Use Agreement means a written agreement between a primary licensee and a Type S applicant or licensee that specifies the designated area of the Type S licensee, the days and hours in which the Type S licensee is assigned to use the common-use area, any allocation of responsibility for compliance pursuant to Section 40196, and an acknowledgement that the Type S licensee has sole and exclusive use of the common- use area during the Type S licensee’s assigned time period.
