Policy/Policies definition

Policy/Policies means one or more financial guaranty insurance policy or policies, surety bond(s) or other similar guarantee(s) allocated to the Segregated Account pursuant to the Plan of Operation.

Related to Policy/Policies

  • Policies shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6.1(b) hereof.

  • Policy means Related Party Transaction Policy.
