Definition of Policy Provider Agreement


Policy Provider Agreement means the Insurance and Indemnity Agreement dated as of the date hereof among the Subordination Agent, as agent and trustee for the Class G Trustee, Continental and the Policy Provider, as amended, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time in accordance with its terms.

Examples of Policy Provider Agreement in a sentence

Policy Provider Agreement: Has the meaning specified in the Intercreditor Agreement.
Each of the Class G Trustee and the Class C Trustee hereby designates and appoints the Subordination Agent as the agent and trustee of such Trustee under the applicable Liquidity Facility (and, in the case of the Class G Trustee, the Policy Provider Agreement) and authorizes the Subordination Agent to enter into the applicable Liquidity Facility (and, in the case of the Class G Trustee, the Policy Provider Agreement) as agent and trustee for such Trustee.
The Trustee is hereby directed (a) to execute and deliver, on or prior to the Issuance Date, the Intercreditor Agreement, the Policy Provider Agreement and each Participation Agreement, each in the form delivered to the Trustee by the Company, and (b) subject to the respective terms thereof, to perform its obligations thereunder.
