Policy Provider Agreement definition

Policy Provider Agreement. Has the meaning specified in the Intercreditor Agreement.

Policy Provider Agreement means the Insurance and Indemnity Agreement dated as of the date hereof among the Subordination Agent, as agent and trustee for the Class G Trustee, US Airways and the Policy Provider as amended, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time in accordance with its terms.
