Policy File definition

Policy File means, except as otherwise consented to by the Agent, with respect to any Policy, the documents specified as the “Policy File” on Schedule II hereto, in each case in substantially the form attached as part of Exhibit B hereto or such other form as the Agent may approve in writing (such approval not to be unreasonably withheld).
Policy File means, with respect to a Policy, a file containing all of the documents listed on Exhibit B of the Note Purchase Agreement that are applicable to such Policy.
Policy File. With respect to each Policy, a file folder containing the related Documentation.

Policy File except as otherwise consented to by the Administrative Agent, with respect to any Policy, the documents specified as the “Policy File” on Schedule C hereto, in each case with the documentation and information in form customary for the U.S. life settlement industry or such other form as the Administrative Agent may approve in writing (such approval not to be unreasonably withheld, conditioned or delayed).
Policy File means a file of information that, to the extent available, shall include (a) the policyowner's name, last-known mailing address and social security number or tax identification number, (b) the Policy number, (c) the Policy's plan code, (d) the Policy Face Amount, (e) the Policy's Actual Asset Base, including the date used to determine the Policy's Actual Asset Base, (f) the Policy's Target Premium, (g) the Policy's Issue Date, (h) the insured's issue age and gender, (i) the Policy's termination date, (j) the Policy's surrender charge and (k) any correspondence or other materials, or copies thereof, related to the Policy and/or the policyowner and contained in the Company's files on the Policy (which files the Company believes include the information on the Policy and/or the policyowner relevant to the issues raised in the Action).
Policy File means, except as otherwise consented to by the Agent, with respect to any (i) Unhedged Policy, the documents specified as the “Required Policy File Documentson Schedule II-1 hereto, and (ii) Hedged Policy, the documents specified as the “Required Policy File Documents” on Schedule II-1 hereto and the “Required Annuity Documents” on Schedule II-2 hereto, in each case with respect to clause (i) and (ii) hereof, in substantially the form attached as part of Exhibit B hereto or such other form as the Agent may approve in writing (such approval not to be unreasonably withheld).
Policy File in Section 1.01 of the Credit Agreement is amended by replacing the reference therein to “Exhibit B-2” with “Exhibit B-3”.

  • CMSA Bond Level File means the monthly report substantially in the form of, and containing the information called for in, the downloadable form of the "Bond Level File" available as of the Closing Date on the CMSA Website, or such other form for the presentation of such information and containing such additional information as may from time to time be approved by the CMSA for commercial mortgage securities transactions generally.

  • Case file means a record that is assembled and maintained for each application approved for state cost sharing.

  • CMSA Loan Setup File means the report substantially in the form of, and containing the information called for in, the downloadable form of the "Loan Setup File" available as of the Closing Date on the CMSA Website, or such other form for the presentation of such information and containing such additional information as may from time to time be approved by the CMSA for commercial mortgage securities transactions generally.

  • CREFC® Bond Level File The data file in the “CREFC® Bond Level File” format substantially in the form of and containing the information called for therein, or such other form for the presentation of such information as may be approved from time to time by the CREFC® for commercial mortgage securities transactions generally.

  • Lease File means, for each Lease, the Collateral Lease File applicable to such Lease.

  • CREFC® Loan Setup File The data file in the “CREFC® Loan Setup File” format substantially in the form of and containing the information called for therein for the Mortgage Loans, or such other form for the presentation of such information as may be approved from time to time by the CREFC® for commercial mortgage securities transactions generally.

  • Asset File shall have the meaning assigned thereto in the Custodial Agreement.

  • CREFC® Special Servicer Loan File The data file in the “CREFC® Special Servicer Loan File” format substantially in the form of and containing the information called for therein for the Mortgage Loans, or such other form for the presentation of such information as may be approved from time to time by the CREFC® for commercial mortgage securities transactions generally.

  • Servicing File With respect to each Mortgage Loan, the file retained by the Company consisting of originals of all documents in the Mortgage File which are not delivered to the Custodian and copies of the Mortgage Loan Documents listed in the Custodial Agreement the originals of which are delivered to the Custodian pursuant to Section 2.03.

  • CREFC® Servicer Watch List/Portfolio Review Guidelines As of each Determination Date a report, including and identifying each Performing Serviced Loan satisfying the “CREFC® Portfolio Review Guidelines” approved from time to time by the CREFC® in the “CREFC® Servicer Watch List” format substantially in the form of and containing the information called for therein for the Mortgage Loans, or such other form (including other portfolio review guidelines) for the presentation of such information as may be approved from time to time by the CREFC® for commercial mortgage securities transactions generally.

  • Mortgage File The mortgage documents listed in Section 2.01 pertaining to a particular Mortgage Loan and any additional documents required to be added to the Mortgage File pursuant to this Agreement.

  • CMSA Special Servicer Loan File The data file in the "CMSA Special Servicer Loan File" format substantially in the form of and containing the information called for therein for the Mortgage Loans, or such other form for the presentation of such information as may be approved from time to time by the CMSA for commercial mortgage securities transactions generally and, insofar as it requires the presentation of information in addition to that called for by the form of the "CMSA Special Servicer Loan File" available as of the Closing Date on the CMSA website, is reasonably acceptable to the Special Servicer.

  • CREFC® Loan Periodic Update File The data file in the “CREFC® Loan Periodic Update File” format substantially in the form of and containing the information called for therein for the Mortgage Loans, or such other form for the presentation of such information as may be approved from time to time by the CREFC® for commercial mortgage securities transactions generally.

  • CREFC® Servicer Watch List format substantially in the form of and containing the information called for therein for the Mortgage Loans, or such other form (including other portfolio review guidelines) for the presentation of such information as may be approved from time to time by the CREFC® for commercial mortgage securities transactions generally.

  • CMSA Collateral Summary File means the report substantially in the form of, and containing the information called for in, the downloadable form of the "Collateral Summary File" available as of the Closing Date on the CMSA Website, or such other form for the presentation of such information and containing such additional information as may from time to time be approved by the CMSA for commercial mortgage securities transactions generally.
