Policy Expenses definition

Policy Expenses shall have the meaning specified in Section 5.01.
Policy Expenses means any cash payment associated with maintaining the Policy in full force and effect.
Policy Expenses means all amounts (including amounts in respect of premiums, fees, expenses or indemnities) due to the Policy Provider under the Policy Provider Agreement other than (i) any Policy Drawing, (ii) any interest accrued on any Policy Provider Obligations, and (iii) reimbursement of and interest on the Liquidity Obligations in respect of the Liquidity Facility paid by the Policy Provider to the Liquidity Provider; provided that if, at the time of determination, a Policy Provider Default exists, Policy Expenses shall not include any indemnity payments owed to the Policy Provider.

  • The Company's reimbursement payment shall be made within 30 days following receipt by the Company of evidence of the payment of the Policy Expenses.

More Definitions of Policy Expenses

Policy Expenses means all amounts (including, but not limited to, all amounts in respect of fees, indemnities or costs and expenses incurred by the Policy Provider, including, without limitation, in connection with the enforcement, defense or preservation of any rights in respect of any of the Related Documents) due to the Policy Provider under the Policy Provider Agreement or any other Policy Provider Document other than (i) reimbursement of any Policy Drawing, (ii) any Policy Premium and Policy Redemption Premium, if any, (iii) any interest accrued on any Policy Drawings or any Policy Premium, and (iv) reimbursement of and interest on any Credit Facility Advance Obligations in respect of any Eligible Credit Facility paid by the Policy Provider to any provider of an Eligible Credit Facility.
Policy Expenses means all Policy Provider Obligations other than (i) any amounts due under the Policy Fee Letter, (ii) the amount of any Excess Reimbursement Obligations, (iii) any Policy Drawing, (iv) any interest accrued on any Policy Provider Obligations, (v) reimbursement of and interest on the Liquidity Obligations in respect of the Liquidity Facilities paid by the Policy Provider to any Liquidity Provider, (vi) any indemnity payments owed to the Policy Provider and (vii) any amounts that the Policy Provider is entitled to receive by virtue of the subrogation rights of the Policy Provider under the Escrow and Paying Agent Agreement for the Class G Trust, including, without limitation, fees and expenses incurred in connection with the enforcement of such rights.
