Definition of Policy Earnings Retirement Benefit

  1. Policy Earnings Retirement Benefit means, for each Plan Year, the quotient of (i) the excess (if any) of (a) a Participant's Policy Earnings for such Plan Year, over (b) such Participant's Cost of Funds Expense for such Plan Year, divided by (ii) such Participant's Policy Earnings Adjustment Factor.
