Police Minister means the Minister of the ACT Executive who is responsible for police matters. "Policing services" means community policing services provided under this Arrangement, an agreement and the AFP Act which include, but are not limited to, the preservation of peace and good order, the prevention and detection of crime and the protection of persons from injury or death, and the protection of property from damage, whether arising from criminal acts or otherwise.
