  • This maximum shall be increased to eighty percent (80%) for a Member who: (A) was hired on or after June 14, 2012, or who elected or is deemed to have elected certain insurance concessions as provided for in the Police CBA; and (B) has completed thirty-two (32) Years of Service.

  • Member Contributions made by Members covered by the Police CBA shall be paid to the Trust after being withheld from the Member’s pay.

  • Anything in this Article VII to the contrary notwithstanding, in no event shall Member Contributions made with respect to any Plan Year regarding a Member subject to the Police CBA exceed the lesser of $54,000 (as modified for cost of living adjustments under Section 415 of the Code) or one hundred percent (100%) of such Member’s compensation, as defined by Section 415(c)(3) of the Code, for the Plan Year.
