Whenever Electric Utility requires new pole facilities within the Licensee’s service territory for any reason, including an additional Pole line, an extension of an existing pole line, or in connection with the reconstruction of an existing Pole line, it shall make a best effort to notify Licensee to that effect in writing (verbal notice subsequently confirmed in writing may be given in cases of emergency) stating the proposed location of the new pole.
