PoJo EME Reimbursement Agreement definition

PoJo EME Reimbursement Agreement means, collectively, (a) that certain reimbursement agreement dated August 17, 2000 between EME and MWG; and (b) that certain reimbursement agreement dated October 26, 2001 between EME and MWG.
