Definition of Points Factor Multiplier

  1. Points Factor Multiplier means (a) with respect to any Former MRO Participant, five (5) percentage points multiplied by the Participant's age (in whole years) as of January 1, 2005, plus eight (8) percentage points multiplied by the Participant's Years of Service (in whole and tenths of years) as of January 1, 2005, and (b) with respect to any Participant who is not a Former MRO Participant, one (1).

Definition of Points Factor Multiplier in Amended and Restated

Points Factor Multiplier means (a) with respect to any Former MRO Participant, five (5) percentage points multiplied by the Participant's age (in whole years) as of January 1, 2005, plus eight (8) percentage points multiplied by the Participant's Years of Service (in whole and tenths of years) as of January 1, 2005, and (b) with respect to any Participant who is not a Former MRO Participant, one (1).
