APPENDIX 5 CODE OF PRACTICE This Code of Practice sets forth certain principles, standards and agreements that shall be applicable to certain matters arising in connection with Project Activities or the implementation and carrying out of the Project.   • End of Term Extension means the time period defined in §2.D.
