Point of Sale Report definition

Point of Sale Report means, for purposes of the Agreement, a report provided by Licensee to Novell which is in a Novell-specified format and which includes, among other things, (i) a list of Novell Products sold, (ii) the regional designation required by Novell, to the extent that Licensee and/or its OEMs can identify the regional designation, (iii) Licensee's part numbers of the Novell Products sold, and (iv) the amount of on-hand inventory of all Novell Products by product number (including products listed in the POS Report and any other Novell Products in inventory not otherwise included in the POS Report). The Point of Sale Report may only be used by Novell to provide compensation to Novell's sales force and to concentrate marketing activities to promote greater sales.
Point of Sale Report means, for purposes of this Agreement, a report provided by OEM to TARANTELLA which is in a TARANTELLA-agreed format which includes, among other things, (i) a list of Licensed Products sold, (ii) geographical destination for each such Licensed Product, containing, at a minimum, State/Province and country, (iii) the model numbers of the Licensed Products sold, and (iv) the amount of on-hand inventory of all Licensed Products by model number (including products listed in the POS Report and any other Licensed Products in inventory not otherwise included in the POS Report).
Point of Sale Report means a report provided by Distributor to SonicWALL which is in a SonicWALL approved format, and which includes, (i) the submitter name. (ii) the "ship to" destination zip code, other applicable postal identification code and "ship to" company name, (iii) the part number (iv) the quantity sold and (v) the date sold, (vi) the current inventory on hand and backlog by part number.

  • Point of compliance means the location(s) at the source(s) of contamination or at the location(s) between the source(s) and the point(s) of exposure where concentrations of chemicals of concern must meet applicable risk-based screening levels at Tier 1 or other target level(s) at Tier 2 or Tier 3.

  • CMSA Operating Statement Analysis Report means a report substantially in the form of, and containing the information called for in, the downloadable form of the "Operating Statement Analysis Report" available as of the Closing Date on the CMSA Website or in such other form for the presentation of such information and containing such additional information as may from time to time be approved by the CMSA for commercial mortgage-backed securities transactions generally.

  • GLJ Report means the independent engineering reserves evaluation of certain oil, NGL and natural gas interests of the Company prepared by GLJ dated February 11, 2022 and effective December 31, 2021.

  • Feasibility Report means a detailed written report of the results of a comprehensive study on the economic feasibility of placing the Property or a portion thereof into Commercial Production and shall include a reasonable assessment of the mineral ore reserves and their amenability to metallurgical treatment, a description of the work, equipment and supplies required to bring the Property or a portion thereof into Commercial Production and the estimated cost thereof, a description of the mining methods to be employed and a financial appraisal of the proposed operations supported by an explanation of the data used therein;
