Point of Redelivery definition

Point of Redelivery means the interconnection between the facilities of Consumers and MCV immediately downstream from:
Point of Redelivery means the point or points at which CTC delivers natural gas or causes natural gas to be redelivered to Customer at Customer's distribution system, or a mutually agreed upon redelivery point.
Point of Redelivery means the custody transfer meter at or near the tailgate of each Plant through which Processor redelivers Customer Residue Gas to Customer or its designees for Customer’s account for further transportation on downstream pipelines.

Point of Redelivery for Gas shall be downstream of the Gas sales measurement point (at the measuring station) at the terminus of Operator's flowline into Trunkline's gas pipeline departing the Production Platform. The Point of Redelivery for Liquid Hydrocarbons shall be downstream of the transporting pipeline's sales pipeline after the Liquid Hydrocarbons have been removed, measured and reinjected. The Point of Redelivery for Liquid Hydrocarbons is at or near the Production Platform.
Point of Redelivery means, with respect to any Tolling Product, the point at which the coupling flange of the Company's pipeline dedicated to transporting such Tolling Product out of the Molasses Desugarization Facility joins the coupling flange of the corresponding pipeline of Customer in the ACS Hillsboro Complex.

  • Point of Receipt or “POR” means the point on an electricity transmission or distribution system where an electricity receiver receives electricity from a deliverer. This point can be an interconnection with another system or a substation where the transmission provider’s transmission and distribution systems are connected to another system.
